One of our strengths at MMGFS is our ability to calculate the return commission for multi-series funds, based on the exact compensation for each subscribed series or each share known as “Equalization.”

To calculate the Equalization, we use High Watermark, which ensures the effective collection of the return commission for each client. Having High Watermark allows us to calculate the return commission separately for each series and the possibility of re-establishing the same periodically.

In some types of return commission calculations, such as “The Free Ride”, “Rising Share Price” y The Claw Back Syndrome,” the return commission is calculated across the board for all investors, without taking into account that some of them may have subscribed a different VNA.
